All Sales Are Final
At Camp Jansen, we take pride in the quality of our services and apparel. Due to the nature of our offerings, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.
Services
All purchases of services (including but not limited to coaching, consultations, programs, and customized plans) are non-refundable and non-transferable. Once a service has been booked and delivered (or partially delivered), we cannot issue a refund. If you need to reschedule, please refer to our rescheduling policy or contact us at admin@the-campjansen.com before your scheduled service.
Subscription Cancellation Policy
We are committed to providing high-quality coaching and support. Please review our cancellation policy before subscribing:
- 3-Month Minimum Commitment
- All subscriptions require a minimum commitment of three months. Cancellations before the end of this period will not be processed.
- Client Responsibility for Cancellation
- It is the client’s responsibility to manage their subscription. Coaches cannot cancel subscriptions on behalf of clients, nor can any assumptions or actions be taken on a client’s behalf.
- No Refunds
- Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds on any subscription payments. Once a payment is processed, it is final.

Apparel
We do not accept returns or exchanges on apparel unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival. Our apparel is made to order. If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within [7] days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review your request and, if applicable, provide a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
Order Modifications & Cancellations
- Apparel: Once an order is processed, we cannot guarantee cancellations or changes. Please double-check your order before completing the checkout process.
